Then there's also the chance that brand new Porsche mounts may fail within a year. There have been several documented cases on here about that.

Not the old style Porsche ones used before '83. I never heard of any of them failing less than 20 years down the road.

Sorry, should have been more specific. I was referring to the newer Porsche hydraulic mounts.
