Default Pulsation in clutch pedal

Car is a 93 GTS and I just can't seem to cure a clutch pedal vibration. When you step on the pedal you get a minor vibration that varies with engine speed through the whole pedal travel. I've replaced the flywheel, the whole clutch assembly (pressure plate, throw out bearing, clutch) and the pilot bearing in various stages trying to narrow down the problem. I initially thought it might be the torque tube bearings but I disconnected the TT and vibration still remained so I focused on the clutch. I've also replaced the balancer on the front of the motor because it had a chunk missing from it. The only parts left are the release lever and the central shaft. Shaft seems straight and I even installed the assembly minus the clutch and shaft and got the same vibration. The lever looks ok. It does have some strange bluing on it, apparently from a prior seized up throwout bearing, but even if the arm was slightly warped how would that cause a vibration?
Also, motor mounts were recently replaced with solid rubber ones, so they're fine.
