Oh, btw, nailed to studs in correct spots and correct span. Moisture in garage+ years= Loose drywall. I've seen fallen drywall in many homes. Glad it wasn't plaster, yikes!!

Like most people who do their own home maintenance, I have a bunch of ladders. Where do you store the ladders? Why, naturally, in the garage. And to keep the ladders from using up a lot of floor space, where do you put them? Why, naturally, on pipe hangers high off the floor near the ceiling, And when the ladders you have don't do the job, what do you do? Buy another ladder. And, of course, this ladder also takes up too much space so you hang it on the pipes with the other ladders. And, of course, when the whole bunch of ladders get too heavy, what do they do? In the dark of night, they pull the pipe hangers off the wall and the whole works falls on the car next to them. End of story? It was my pickup that got the blitz. I always park the 928 in the center stall away from the walls where strange things can happen.
