Congrats and welcome. Anything one gets from Michael W is going to be getting a top of the line car so you did well.

Welcome to the neighborhood! Very nice car!

Sharktoberfest is coming up in about a month-- October 19-20-21 weekend in nearby Anaheim at 928 International. A great chance to show off your new toy, meet and great with 100 or more new 928 buddies, and see how the cars have evolved.

Alas, I won't be able to be there (again) this year due to some project committments, but there will be plenty of great owners and enthusiasts there to share your enjoyment.

Thanks guys. I am looking forward to attending my first Sharktoberfest next month. Michael just sent me some new pics with the detail completed and the wheels back on. As soon as the new tires arrive, get mounted and balanced, she will get loaded in the trailer and begin her journey to her new home in California.

As a side note, Michael pickeded her with a brand new (less than 500 miles) set of 18" TechArt wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Tires. I passed on them, as I prefer the original Cups, but he is willing to let them go for $3K. I told him I would mention it here if anyone is interested in them.

Anyways, here are the pics of the car with the detail completed and the cup 1's back on...

For anyone interested in the TechArt wheels, here are a couple of pics Michael sent me with the wheels on another 928 he has for sale. Please contact Michael directly if you are interested in them at turbobooost@aol.com

Congrats and welcome to the tank! Remember, there were only 406 GTS cars made for North America (US and Canada), so you're now part of a very exclusive club!

Thumbs up

Congrats!
I am also a long time 911 owner who had ALWAYS wanted a 928. I have had 4 911s in past 24 years before finally getting a 928 3 years ago.

Great choice ! Low enough miles to be nearly new yet enough miles that you can drive it and enjoy it without being too concerned about adding some miles. Very nice car and Greg Brown will make sure it stays that way or gets BETTER !

What a beauty! LOVE IT! Received your 928 Owners Club membership the other day. In process. T-shirt and a couple of other goodies headed your way next week if all goes well this weekend.

Great car! I agree with your wheel choice too. I think the Cup I wheel is the best wheel Porsche ever put on the 928 from the factory.
