Here's another pic of the welds. Honestly, I compared them to our last batch, and these welds are as good or better than they have ever been. I have never had a complaint about the welds. The photo actually makes them look worse than they look to the eye.

And the polish and finish of these are the best we have ever had. You will not be disappointed.

thats a nice install,^^^^^
I would also opt for a clean piece of metal for the tubing,
not really interested in advertising.
The low profile bolts look nice

There is quite a bit of information on the strength of these bars at the page:

maybe I will make a run of un-engraved pieces next time.

You guys let me know if you want them engraved with "PORSCHE" or nothing at all.

That's a case where you would preheat the thick part and direct the arc toward it. I've actually used a helper to control heat in the thicker material with a torch for long welds. Not too difficult. I suggest the op mention this little technique to his guy.

I would vote for nothing. I've got enough badges, logos, and labels under my hood already.

Any chance they'd work as reversible? Put your logo on one side and blank on the other.

No, they are not reversible. The ends are positional. Good idea, tho..

You'll probably sell more without your company advertising emblazoned across it.

Perhaps he should just engrave "**** off" on them and be done with it. They are far stronger, do not fail as the carbon fiber ones do , and if the logo offends you keep your hood shut....

That could work. Now my second favorite option. Is everyone with my name a genius or is it just you and me?
