Default Trying to fix a wiring problem. Connectors at the bottom of the fusebox..

I'm trying to figure out a problem with my car cutting out around 3200 RPM.. we think it's related to a Valet mode from an aftermarket alarm system because power is killed to the fuel pump when I get it up to 3200 rpm, then comes back after it dips a bit.. but it doesn't want to go beyond 3200.

Trying to figure out the wiring and there's a "NOT STOCK" wire with electrical tape and an aftermarket fuse connector that connects in my fusebox as follows:

You can see by the very advanced drawing above that the pins from the 2 connectors are taped together , meet a fuse and they go to the fuel pump relay. The fuse is missing for the relay so
I'm feeling confident that the alarm was put in to interfere with the fuel pump.

I have the WSM and the wiring diagrams, just not sure how to read the wiring diagrams in regards to the connectors at the bottom of the fuse box.

Any insight is appreciated.
Thanks
-Dan

Here's the wire I'm suspect about.

the 2 wires connect to one end from the 2 connectors on the bottom of the fuse block.(see drawing above)
The other connection goes to the fuel pump relay.

If anyone knows where they are Supposed to go, please let me know..

thanks

Plugs, from left to right are A-N, Y,Z, O-X. Terminal numbers are
4 8
3 7
2 6
1 5

Therefore, the two connections at the plugs are X8 and T5.

T5 is connected internally to Q1 and Fuse 13 (fuel pump fuse) Externally, the connection is shown in Zone B24. On Page 97-203, Zone B24, T5 is shown connecting to the power lead for the fuel pumps.

X8 connects internally to Q1. Externally, the connection is shown in Zone D6. On Page 97-195, the connection from X8 is shown as feeding power to the heated wire intake sensor (MAF sensor) and to the LH ECU on Terminal 9.

Q1 connects to X8 & T5 internally, and K2 externally. On Page 97-195, Q1 is shown as feeding power to the auxiliary air valve.

So - The fuel pump relay (XVII) Terminal 87 should feed power internally to Fuse #13, then Fuse #13 should feed power to the fuel pumps (T5), the aux air valve (Q1), the MAF sensor (X8) and the LH ECU (X8).

Did the pump fuse move from 22 in 83 MY to 13 in 84 MY ? I had worked for some time on the assumption the pump fuse was 13, until recently diagnosing a dead pump relay, and saw a spark on fuse 22, which turned out to be the pump, based on the owner's manual....
