Default S4 belly pan

Hi,

are the original belly pans available?

And what aftermarket options are there?

Opinions?

You can buy both the factory pans for 87-95 cars from Porsche still.

Over the years I've bought one of each - although the new rear pans are black, rather than unfinished aluminium like the originals were.

928intl.com also sells an aftermarket aluminium replacement for the front belly pan - for replacing the brittle factory fiber-reinforced plastic one with a very nice solid aluminium one.

Note that the 928intl pan doesn't include the ducts that stick up to the engine mounts etc. - but if your old belly pan is still around you can remove the ducts and rivet them to the aluminium one.

I wasn't aware that Paul Anderson has a replacement for the front under tray - the 928spares.co.uk site linked above is him, which might be easier for shipping than trans-atlantic, however his one is missing the rearmost cooling duct.

The rear belly pan has not been available for nearly a year but back in stock as of about a month ago.
Currently $226. Make sure you have the two support brackets for the rear pan as they are not currently available. I am sure Mark has some used ones if you need them.
The front is expensive at $383 but does have the ducts.
Mark's alloy one is a great deal and very robust.
