Default Sharktoberfest

As I sit here in my office in S China (104 degrees and heavy smog outside)
Wearing my Sharktoberfest T shirt, the question comes to mind......

Is there going to be a Sharktoberfest this year and Mark Anderson's shop?

Yes. 20-October. Same hotel arrangements as last year at Joseph's hotel in Diamond Bar.

I don't envy you the Asia travel. Did it for a while, decided it wasn't worth the aggravation. So we sold the company, I retired again, raised consulting fees enough that I didn't think I'd have to work again, refused projects in Asia. Everything cool except I still work too much. Good News on projects in Asia-- I bought my 928 from a project guy in the Philippines.

Nothing easy about working over here. The 928 group and reading the forums helps keep a balance in my life. My stressometer is off the charts at times.

I cannot imagine, but happy to help. Can you be at S'Fest??

Here, this was our weekend. The red car got a first place.

Cheers, Jim

Hi Jim
Not sure, my daughter is expecting a child around the 18th of October. We will see how it goes.
In my opinion, anyone and everyone that loves 928's as we all do needs to go. It should be required.
I am still struggling with selling my 5sp for my son-in-laws 87 S4 with an automatic. It's near perfect but I have never owned an automatic anything other than a 300E MBZ. Also in my mind an 87 seems very complicated and a bit intimidating where as an '80 mechanically seems very straight forward.
I was hoping that I could find salvation at the event and see the light one side or another. I don't have the space to own both.
