light won't go down:(

My "bug" light turn on and pop up, but when I turn them off they won't go down, I have to manually do it, what's wrong?

Mine would do neither...had to replace relay...the headlight switches are known to go bad as well.

It's a combination relay, no. xxiii and xxiv, bottom row all the way to the RH or outboard side. IIRC you have to remove the EZK/LH computers to gain access.
