I'd own the burgundy one in a heartbeat. It adds the option of carrying two (not too large) adults in the rear in relative comfort. Dare I say that the aerodynamics would be a bit better with the extended bodywork in the rear. With updated wheels, perhaps a kompressor, this would be a real head-turner.

Making those aluminum bodies and all of the related modifications was not cheap or easy.

I completely forgot to post pics from the Monterey weekend. The car was far more finished than I imagined. It wasn't a rough prototype, rather it seemed ready for production.
