Default rear wheel bearing inside out?

I had my rear wheel bearings pressed in by my local garage. Now I look at them, it looks like at least one of them is put in inside out. Look at the black dust cover. Is this an issue or should I leave it like this?

I don't think it matters from a practical perspective. I have 4 used ones laying in the junk heap, and at least 2 of them still have the black seal on both sides of the bearings. The other 2 lost their seal when pressed out so I don't really recollect if they were metal or plastic/rubber...the both are rubber on the remaiing sides, so I supect your garage could have put them bot in the same direction, but not having done so should not affect the bearing in use in the car.
