Any updates on the final results Sean???? Great that you and Angie made us aware that we could use our fingers to help someone - even if it didn't involve a mechanical apparatus. WELL DONE.

Still no announcement from Re/Max. I find it odd that they could call last night several times but now that it is over there isn't a peep out of them.
Once I hear something I'll let everyone know.

They are probably doing their due diligence before the announcement. I would bet considering how many times the database and web server went down last night (I saw several database disconnects between the web server and the database server and several Apache web server not available pages) that they want to make sure that they have some backup to verify who is legit in winning. Lets just hope they get it right....

I know for fact that 3 folks on Twitter with 60,000 combined followers tweeted about it. Even 1% would be 60 and 2% (expected) would be 120 votes. If more reacted-then they probably gave up on voting.

Dude. The power of Rennlist.
What did John D always say? It's about the people here.
Now here's hoping everything goes well for her from here on out.

What an incredible bunch of people we have here, I am so very grateful for all of your support. You've made quite a difference for this young family that is so very dear to me, I simply cannot thank you enough. A quick note that Sophie's Dad that he posted last night on facebook-
"Wow, I don't know what to say. So much thanks deserves to go out to so many people. It makes me feel so blessed to know so many people care about my daughter especially people that have never met her. This is more important to us than any amount of money we could receive. We couldn't have done this without any of you. The support from everyone has been amazing. We will be telling Sophie about this for 60+ years!"
Remax will be featuring them in a commercial soon, they are going to shoot it next week! I will let you know when to keep an eye out for it!
Sophie didn't get to come home today, though she no longer has a fever and is feeling fine. They are waiting on the results of her blood count, which they will get in the morning. If the counts are back up, she will be home for the weekend.
On Monday, she is scheduled for surgery in order to put a line in her neck so that they can do her stem cell transplant later next week. Please pray that all goes well with the procedure.
When she was first diagnosed you could see a small lump on her back, which of course is part of the tumor. I'm happy to report that after two rounds of chemo there is no longer a visible lump on her back and the tumor has changed consistency dramatically going from a very hard lump to what is described by her doctor as 'spongy.' Her treatment plan seems to be working, and for a very tiny little girl she has handled all of the poking and prodding like a champ - even though her new favorite word is 'NOOOO'!
Thank you all so very much for making this happen, it means the world to me!

I'm so glad we could help this little girl just by being on the computer at the right time. Only got 2 votes in and so happy to help. I went through that
treatment last year, it wasn't fun... but I made it. I can only imagine how it
feels to one so young, it was pretty scary for me. Good work everyone!
