Found my tension roller bolt hardware loose inside the belt cover!
I had some oil leaks on the front of the engine and finally decided to pull the front end apart and fix the seeps.
When I pulled the tension roller assembly off I discovered the tension roller bolt hardware was gone (#22,23,24) and the bolt just loose in the roller assembly
I found the nut and thick washer lying on the lower guide that goes under the crankshaft gear. Fortunately they were stuck in the oil seep mess and out of the way of any rotating parts, amazing luck!
Anything I should look for on the tension roller as a result of running without the bolt torqued down? I don't see a torque in the WSM nor any mention of locktite. What torque and which locktite color?
Thanks.

just make sure the tension roller has the snap ring installed,
clean the threads and install the hardware,
the tension roller is secured to the arm by the bolt,
so the bolt being loose will not effect the tension roller,
but the roller could slide out of the arm
