By the time you factor in whether you want cats (you do-for backpressure, noise and stink-not the environment) and the mounting kit you may save a few bucks and end up with used pipes with the normal corrosion.
Unless you find a used Stainless cheap, not worth the wait!

Where did you get the idea you need some level of backpressure?? Even with cats, most cars exhaust systems provide <1 PSI of backpressure.
