Video possibility for shark lovers
Dear 928 community:
Want to propose an idea that I think might have wings. This morning, I set up an account at UStream.tv:
UserID = Rennlist928
Password = 928Shark
Via my phone, I recorded streaming video to our new account and saved it:
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/rennlist-928-community
I'm wondering if we could use this as a means of live streaming and archiving both the fun times and the how-to's for our beloved cars. I've been very grateful to this community for all their help and have always wished I had more technical expertise to contribute. In lieu, I'm suggesting a communications technology that might make the community even tighter! Free UStream broadcasting apps are available for both iPhone and Android, so with the login info above, you can video stream and archive on the fly. Easy.
So let me know what you think. Sharks in Hell is coming up and I bet we could do a live feed from there, cell phone network providing. The possibilities are many and the minds here are creative!
Peace.

That's cool - I just installed the free app, logged on, hit record and suddenly my office is live on the internet!! No I didn't save the video, nothing interesting happened.
I can see some cool possibilities with this.
