I have the instrument panel out and as part of the work I ordered the 19 warning light bulbs from Roger. Now I am trying to figure out how the bulbs come out of the little black sockets they are in (model year `80).

I am sure it is obvious but I do not want to break one and wait even longer for a replacement.

Also does anyone know if the `80 is suppose to have all 19 warning light bulbs? There were only bulb sockets in 17 of the 19 openings. Regrettably I did not shine a light thru the openings to check to see which warning label was illuminated by the missing bulbs before I pulled them all out.

Dont they just bayonet in/out? Certainly the illumination bulbs do, but i dont recall pulling any of the warning bulbs, as they all worked.

yes the big illumination ones do, but I have yanked and yanked on the little ones to the point where I feel like the bulb will break between my fingers

ABS ? and Trailer not used.

The little ones are soldered in and require replacement as a unit.

there are a few threads on it.... even changing them out to LED's
