Default Fuel Injection cleaner

Is there a consesus on what really works? What is prefrered? What is best or most safe for the car?

I recall Techron or Chevron being recommended? Is this old news?

Is Sea Foam safe to use? Does it really help?

Although a slight PITA, what "really" works is pulling them and sending them to Witchunter. A good time to replace the other fuel hoses too.

BG 44K is one of the best out there. Used it on mine, worked wonders until you have the time to pull them and replace or have them cleaned and flow checked.
