FS 1982 Porsche 928 5spd Competition package
I hate to do it but I need garage space and funds to finish my 911 RSR build
1982 Porsche 928 5spd Competition package
Platin Mettalic with dark brown leather interior. Original paint (rear bumper was resprayed) paint is 8.0 interior is an 8.0. 4.5l V8, power windows, power locks, power sunroof, power seats.
Car starts and drives without issue. Is a fun car to drive. Looks real nice. Passed last emissions without issue. I have more than the asking price in parts alone.
Known issues
Drivers door lock will not lock or unlock with key but works otherwise, Sunroof needs a push to close, 1st to 2nd synchro is worn, Shift linkage needs new bushings (will include bushings), HVAC fan does not work (issue is traced back to faulty ignition switch new switch included but not installed), Dash instrument lights are burned out have new ones to install, Standard pod crack.
New parts
Recent water pump and timing belt by previous owner, rebuilt steering rack, new Delrin rack bushings, new inner and outer tie rod ends, new lower ball joints, Silicon oil pan gasket with stainless steel stud set, fuel pump, fuel filter, new oil pressure sender, new belts, new coolant hoses, new fuel lines, new power steering hoses, new heater control valve, rebuilt fuel injectors, Rebuilt fuel injection wiring harness, new green wire, new thermo time sensor, new Temp II sensor, new BFG G sport tires, Cup I wheels from a 968, Borla Stainless steel cat back exhaust, New Cat, MSDS headers, New Bilstien shocks, New Battery, spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires, O2 sensor, K&N air filter, new air intake runners, all fluids swapped out

Most people seeing that car would never think it was less than $10k. So at $4,500 it is a lot of car for the money. In my book, far better than $3,300 86.5 auto with a probable major engine issue. This car you can DRIVE home and avoid the hassle and costs of towing or shipping.

Hi Thom. Missed seeing you at the OCIC pre-party at the Comfort Inn. Sorry that you are selling your Shark. It looks pretty nice. How many miles does it have?
