I'd be worried about the thin sections at the top and bottom. I don't have stainless steel here, but I do have tool steel and aluminum. Do you think you could reduce your inner bore and maybe increase the outside diameter? Your inner bore should be no larger than the bore of the fuel injector at the mouth. I'd be afraid of the part shearing off at the thin section while turning it. I couldn't do it in two hours. It would take me a bit longer, because I like to take small cuts to improve the finish, but $200 would be a fair price including shipping.

Hey buddy, what about if you mounted that fuel rail up even higher and threaded SAE red/blue earls fittings where each line goes?
Then finnish the red/blue fittings off with steel braid line.
You could make the lines as long as you want and they are secure to the rail.
Then make some fittings that clip onto the injectors and attach to the line.
And It Would LOOK AWESOME

well i decided to make my own rails. i bought some rail stock, cut to fit, dill the holes and then i found 2 inch pre made injector bosses. ill cut to fit, and weld to the rail. much easier...
