Of course, even if the only advantage over rubber is the resistance to degradation by ozone, oils, fuels and fluids, to me that's still worth the trouble. If i was smart i'd design some myself, but i'm not smart lol.

Well, nobody has had any mounts degrading due to those things..

Someone has already moved forward on developing a replacement mount as well as transmission mounts IIRC. I am sure they will post details and results when ready.
