I washed mine once, I emphasize once. Granted I have not done the intake refresh yet, I'm sure that many other maintenance items would help a car survive a washing.
A rag, sponge and some bruised and cut knuckles is the way to go.
OP, just let her sit, I'm sure it will dry out eventually.
