If this one was a Dec 1977 car and no passenger mirror, it must be one of the first ones, non?

One thing about those interiors, they mess with your eyes and mind. Bet no one ever drove drunk if they owned a shark with that interior!

'78 MY but not necesarily very early car. Based on registration date can be middle of MY car. Missing mirror was fairly common back then. Most have had it installed later on and this makes us think nowdays that it was very rare when in fact it was normal for some ROW markets. Cars in period magazine articles had some options included so they are not best possible source either. Electrically adjusted and heated mirror was option M261. M528 passenger side convex mirror was mandatory in cars made for Norway, Sweden and Japan so those market cars should always have it.

As noted Erkka a late '77 build would not be an early car... The early cars were built starting in Feb I think (isn't that when #1 and #6 were built???). I think my #295 was a May '77 build IIRC.
