Default LC-1 firmware update (Error 8)

I started getting more and more frequent, then constant, 'Error 8' from my LC-1 using Logworks.
Turns out that is not just an overheating error, but a internal heater error.

There is a beta firmware which fixes the problem, but for some reason it is no longer on the Innovate web site (as well as the forums).
I did a little searching, and packaged the relevant files in a zip, below.

Retrograde to version 1.0a, then update to 1.2rc4 with the LM programmer software.
I powered off the LC-1 after each update. Proceed with care! You can make your LC-1 brain dead. YMMV, YRMV!

Note that I could not get anything to update after v1.0a was installed. Unable to communicate...
I was able to continue after switching to each of the Analog Output tabs, then back to the main tab, in the programmer software.

The fix works great, and no more 'Error 8'. (Even after decelerating from 140+ )

Let's cut to the chase.

Is your chip gonna blow my 85's brains out?

I'm testing some coding changes for a possible new version, but you can always upgrade later.
The intake rings make a nice difference by themselves.
(IIRC, I owe you a chipset for the cat-verter you sent me.)

the error 8 code seems to be a problem on some units, one of mine is real bad to do that, so thanks for the link and fix.

AFAIK, 'Error 4' has gone away too.

That would happen if I cycled the ignition off and on too quickly.

So nice to be able to drive a full trip w/o having to reset the !@#$% thing.
A while back I noticed that you can program the error state analog output voltage (another during warmup).
That stopped it from running really bad when it went into error mode, but it was still annoying.
