Yes I love that one Gary. My question is, does it change that front shifter bearing that seems to be my main problem?

Anyone have pictures of the full Lizard shifter assembly so i can see what I'll need to be doing?

It anchors to the tunnel and eliminates the front rod.

Something similar to this.

Curt,
As Denny says, the front ball cup and the linkage connected to it are completely disconnected. To install the Lizard shifter, you pop the front of that linkage OFF the ball cup and push the rod to the front of the current shifter cavity in the center console. You'll never touch it again! It took me about 1-2 hours to install the lizard shifter, being slow and careful. Requires you to drill two hold in the frame around the shifter cavity and bolt his shifter mechanism to it. That's all covered up by the shifter boot, once you get everything installed (as you saw on my car). Looks totally stock, but shifts precisely - essentially like a gated shifter. Jim D's video shows stuff about the installation, and about how easy & precise the shifting is, once installed.

Happy Independence Day,
Gary--
