Brad you have me confused... you talk of US H4's - do you just mean RHD H4's? (none were sold in the USA as stock).
However assuming you still have the LHD H4's from the cars original Japanese config - these won't be useful to a poster from Scottdale since even in Arizona (despite the rather odd political climate) - we do still drive on the right hand side...

I do not have them both in yet, only the drivers side is in.

What mounting hardware do you need? I am pretty sure they are interchangable apart from the connectors to the bulbs on your car. You can buy those from Autozone for about $4 each and splice them in. You may need the three screws on each cover.
