I'd say it's worth about $200, but for him to pay you to haul it off to the junkyard.

That sounds about right to me too, maybe even a little more than 2k. Plus its not worth much in dollars but you might be helping a family (which btw is probably just like yours - or mine).

PS... if you open your mouth and **** comes out, what do people call you? Cute, funny?...um, not really....Bruce

FWIW, On a whim, I payed $2200 for mine with the engine in and running. After I started buying parts (over $100 for a hose, etc.) and seeing what other 928s were available out there, I felt like I was robbed. I now have something like $15,000 into the car and it's still not where I want it. My advice is: If you're going to buy a 928, make sure it's exactly what you want, because you'll never be able to sell it for what you put into it.
