Default Ignition Wires?

Does anyone have a pic of how the ignition wires are supposed to be clipped across the front of the engine on that brassy colored bracket bolted to the engine??

Thanks!!

This is off my '86. Not sure if its the same.

In this picture, the ends connecting to the spark plugs are on the left. Ends to the distributor are on the right. There's another one underneath that coolant hose for the connection on the left. It's a pain to get to.

In this picture, it's the opposite of above with the spark plug ends on the right.

Hi,
Just in case you can't see it, 2 wires fasten to the front of the bracket (3&2) and 2 behind (5&6).

You can see the two sets of wire brackets at lower middle that sandwich onto the lift bracket:

Isn't your bracket missing in these photos, or is this MY different in that respect?

Here's a diagram psoted by another member I used. From top down wires going to 7,6,2,3 respectively attach to bracket.

Ignore 5s and 4s on diagram which refer to bolt sizes! Just follow the wires

Oops, correction, should be 6 & 7.

Ya I have a GTS avar.
Thanks for all the pics! If my f&%#ing car hadn't been apart for so long I would have remembered how they went back.

If these cars weren't so sexy I'd be having a little fire in my driveway!!
