The Lady who owns the car was really nice and helpful. She and her husband bought the car in 1997 and were the second owners. It was her husbands pride and joy. He recently had the seats redone and they look awesome. He died recently hence the sale. It means a lot to her and her daughter that it goes to a good home.
I really would like to fly in and drive it home.

Thanks so much for the offers - already bought it and paid a deposit. The check is in the mail as well.

I am thinking about talking to "Lizard" as he seems not to far away. Would like to get the AC fixed and get her runnung good and drive her home - no better way to bond with a car. Can the car be driven into Canada and back out again without to much paperwork?

Let me know how I can help. It is 1.5 hours north for me if that is Bellingham Washington. I have room to keep it safe if need.

Go over to 928OC and connect with Adam (ATB) I bet he can help... He is the Regional Rep for WA as well...might already know the car.

Yeap Colin would be the man indeed. Getting him to drive it into Canada and his shop may be tricky. Generally Canadian Residents are not allowed to drive a US plated car into Canada unless they import it, or rent it and that even can give you a headache. The best solution would be for you to Fly into Bellingham, get the car and drive into Canada and into Colin's shop. Its a skip and a jump from the border really, so I would venture to say about half an hour drive from where the car seems to be located...

Score! Nice one Roj! If you drive back through Berkeley, be sure to stop by and say Hi to all the parts you've sold me through the years.
