I've been watching this same set of wheels & tires on ebay. Seller is Nitrous Garage. Opening bid is $495. This is the second time they've been listed. Zero bids 1st time around.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-PORSCHE-P...sories&vxp=mtr

I got a set of 5 spoke Pana's (without tires) from the same seller a couple of weeks ago for the opening bid of $495. Fast shipping ($100) & the wheels were "as new."

The only problem with this set is that they want an extra $100 to ship them with the (unusable on a 928) Pirellis.

I've now got a set of 10 spoke Pana's (like Paul's) on my '82 and a set of 5 spoke Pana's on my '89.

James

This gets only better. Pomona is a short 928 ride east from here on the 210. Still don't "need" them but it's certainly interesting.

Go for it Dr. Bob. 1 rear & 2 fronts will fit under the hatch with the other rear in the passenger's seat. Just remember to take some BIG trash bags with you.

As someone previously mentioned they've got the offsets reversed in their listing. The fronts are 18x8 ET 59 and the rears are 18x9 ET 53. About as close to perfect as you're going to find.

Maybe a good price if you have a $100,000 Panamera that needs stock wheels....

The wheels come around for $500-700 with somewhat-used tires. If you are fitting to a 928, the P'mera tires are way too tall for the 928 wheelhouses. so they add no value to the package, and actually cost if you are paying for shipping.

No. Look for around $600, or less.

I have the 5 spoke variant : I haven't mounted them yet (Waiting for my paint and suspension to be finished.).

Get them for less than 750$ . They fit perfectly and look great.

Will the 19" Panamera wheels work, or only the 18" wheels?

I think the last time I made that drive I got pulled over for suspicion of DUI back in 1992...Glendale heading to Chino. I was 23 and told the CHP I knocked my glasses off when I went to scratch my head and reached down to get them. I admitted I had 2 glasses of wine 4 hours earlier. (May have been 4 glasses 2 hours earlier-but whatever!) Passed alphabet forward and backwards and other tests. Told me "Better get a strap for those glasses-be careful!"

Gary-
Pardon my ignorance, but I think offset is measured relative to the wheel center line regardless of size.

OE gts wheels have et65, so the pana wheels with et59 should be 6mm off.

Am I right?

That is a smoking deal. You can sell the tires and make back at least half of your 650.

So when I put my 17 x 8 et 70 Cup 2's on the front with 245's the offset should be pretty much a spot on match. Cool! I thought they would be a bit too far in.

ET is measured off the center line as I recall (though the pic and description was quite complex...UGH) but the front ET on a Cup II GTS wheel is 55, not 65. The rear 9" is ET55 and Jarrod is running a special winter Cup II on the front of his GT that is 9" ET 70 (or maybe it is 8" ET70, but I think it is 9" and I THINK I have the ET correct) and they look AWESOME!
