Lighter not working
While working on my Car, I managed to short the lighter, and the #2 25A fuse blew. I replaced it, but still no good. Is there a second fuse in that circuit?

Nope - at least not from the factory.
Possibilities include bad contact between the fuse and the CEL (pretty common); bad contact between the lighter and the socket; bad ground contact; etc.
First thing I would do is to use the 12-volt test light or multimeter to check for power on the lighter socket (just reaching down into the socket fromt he outside). If there is power, then check again using the outer shell of the socket for the ground. If there is power and ground at the socket, the lighter or the contact between the lighter and the socket is the problem.
If there is no power at the socket, then try removing and reinserting the fuse a few times. (Or, do that first if you want to...)

One other possibility is bad contact between the socket and its frame - they're just press-fit, and oxidation where the two pieces make contact can cause the socket to lose its ground. That's how mine failed in the GTS. I used aluminum solder to solder the two pieces together.
