Default Mystery Connector

While troubleshooting my always on cooling fan issue in my 87 S4 I can across this plug / connector in the front of the rad on the RHS. I can't seem to find what it plugs into?

Anyone know offhand what this is for ? The flaps maybe ?

Thanks . you guys on this list are awesome.

Looks like the A/C low pressure switch below the high pressure switch is missing a plug. What are the wire colors on the plug in question?

The wiring drawings show the wire color to the A/C low pressure switch as "SW". To me this indicates "schwarz weiss" or "black white" aka black with white trace. If you clean the wire does it have a white trace line?

Correct. That is the low pressure switch harness.
Did you have AC compressor clutch engagement ? I would think not.

There is no white stripe, but white dots on one of the wires. And no I do not have compressor clutch engagement. AC troubleshooting is further down on my list. Lol. So if its the connection for the low pressure switch, I need to find out where that is and check.

It is opposite the top connectors in your pic. See the green thing in your first pic, that's the connector.

SW is swartz, or black. Porsche normally will use / between colors, such as SW/WS for black/white stripe. (WS is weiss, or white).
