Looks good. I really like the S4 right next to her.
Every time I see an '85-86.5 for sale I really hope it's a part's car. I need so much from one o.o I just want to buy a nice one and cannibalize it like Frankenstein to feed my car.

I know someone who has a "parts car" that still runs well and quite quickly too.
220k miles, almost new transmission rebuilt properly, terrible paint (clear coat failing!) needs steering rack, pan gasket, motor mounts. AC works and professionally repaired awhile back. S-4 dash installed by Devek. Some interior parts and two sets of seats, ( bought the interior out of another meteor metallic '86'5 that was converted into a parts car, and still have lots of parts, including some glass parts). Needs new wiring harness after an underdash fire and poor fix by XXXXX and company (makes me angry to think of the name!) so I just have a battery cutoff to avoid the gremlin that runs down the battery if I leave it for two days. Koni shocks though I suspect adjusting them would be in order by now.
Engine is strong and uses ZERO oil. Needs also a sensor for water level which I have never bothered to install, and probably new engine ignition wires since the ones in there haven't been changed since new about 80,000 miles ago.
Oh yeah....one very minor and easily fixed by paintless dent removal ding just past the fuel filler door.....I was watching her and not where I was backing! ^#%$@$#$@$ I could take this ding out myself with a heat gun and some patience. The wheels could use some work with a couple having curb rash. I planned to buy Cup wheels but haven't yet. If I keep it, I will restore it totally.
But if I could find another meteor metallic '86.5, maybe I'll sell this one.....hmmm......I wonder where I could find a nice one.....??
I also know where I might find a nicely maintained S-4 for a reasonable price.......let's see.....Do I like starting out in first or in second??? Nicole knows the answer to that one. Oh yeah, the Becker Boxster radio was fantastic for awhile but only one channel works now and it will cost $100 to fix that, fwiw.
What's my "parts car" worth?? Drive it home smiling all the way.
