Thanks guy. Point of this thread really was to explain why things have been slow, and why they may continue to be that way in the near future.
I do appreciate the support. But I can honestly say I am doing ok with everything. Its not what I planned, but life is full of surprises.
I must say, just to set the record strait, because it is the absolute truth, Katie was far more supportive than most. She attended 95% of the 928 events within 1000miles of Indy with me since we got the car back in 2003. Always volunteered to help at any event in any way she could. She even help me cut wires and put together harnesses for the window switches. We are all loosing in this. The reason I was able to do half the things I did was because she was either helping directly, or indirectly. That said, she will be missed, and I will continue to reflect on our time together fondly, and encourage her to get her own darned 928 and come back and join us. To summarize the kind of person she is: we got married several days before SITM back in 2005, and DR and Jeannie were the witnesses - SITM was our anniversary every year, and she enjoyed it. Cant find them much better than that.
Enough of that. I need to call a potential supplier for the top secret project.
Thanks guys,
Hans

She is always welcome to go with us Hans, heck even Helen is going this year.
And since I am posting picks, this was Helen a few years ago when she still liked me. (most of you guys know exactly what I am talking about)
Do you think you will have a unit installed for folks to look at at SITM this year? (carputer)
