What am I looking for? Something Red, Black or Blue between 83 and 86 that is a nice "10 footer." Looking to spend between 6K and 9K. Most interested in an 85 or 86 or a Euro. Prefer an 86.5, of course. Leaning toward a rogerbox, but a 5 speed in the right car would be just fine. Because I have done engine swaps etc. and once surprised myself by actually repairing an automatic trans, a car with mechanical needs doesn't scare me. A cracked dash or pod doesn't bother me either. Bad paint does bother me. Funny thing though, cars with good paint have generally been cared for all around. May have to put more money in shark fund and also start looking at S4s.
