At approximately 8:05 this morning I saw a Gaurds Red OB convertable travelling east in the 9000 block of Zion Dr. in Fairfax County. Interior was either white or cashmire - hard to tell, but the top was down. Flashed my lights and hit the horn - but no response from driver. Has anybody else in the area seen this car?
