+1 I'm really dig'n the alcantara 1/2 dash and pod. I found these two threads to help with installing the new seat covers (installing mine from Paul this week).

Nice highlights, but I'll stick with my black/black!!!
You will be so stoked when it's all installed.
don't forget to check every vacuum actuator when you're in there, and the HVAC box is an easy pull for a cleaning. Then you can also replace all those AC o-rings.
Use caution when pulling it out, but know it WILL come out in one piece, you do not have to split it.
Then you can clean the heater core, AC bits and all the rotting foam out of it. I used 1/4" sticky foam window weatherstrip to reseal all the flaps.
mark all the flap arms and orientation or you'll get screwed up when putting it back together.
lessee what else did I do while I had that apart???
oh yeah!
Clean the windshield. all of it, every little corner you never could reach.
Make sure your console is SOLID and fits perfect. Rob repaired a bit of mine but I went and reinforced the tabs below the window switches.
I also rebuilt one of my window switches. When those things come apart, there's two copper squares. As the switch wears, it can be harder and harder to make proper contact without feeling you've got to push the bejeezus out of the switch. This is what breaks the console.
I made one of the squares into an ever slightly larger rectangle, same width but longer, and now that switch almost actuates itself.
Run those wires for the in-car blue-tooth microphone and speakers that were bugging you, too.
