Default Devine intervention

After 11 years of owning my S4 and doing all maintenance and projects with the great help of Rennlist Ive been running Mobil 1 15w50 and Mann oil filters.

I've recently become a small biz (part-time to my real telecom career) dealer with Amsoil and today swapped out the M1 for 8 litres of 20w50 Zrod Amsoil.

I wouldnt say Im fully converted but time shall tell how long my previous tickin lifters stay quiet

now wheres buddy Kibort?

Not only will your lifters stay quiet, your gae mileage will go up by 10.4mpg (city) and women with very large brests will flock to your car.

They are quieter but I dont know how long/engine run time it will take for the fresh oil to replenish the old in the lifters to give a full comparo.

I did the switch 3 yrs ago and have never looked back, as a dealer you have access to all the specs and are able to compare to all major oils...head and shoulders with or above the leading oils...

Are you talking about Andy Devine? What does he have to do with Amsoil?

Just bought me a new car Ole '93 GTS 5 speed

The torque claim is from a fellow Lister which typicaly sparks much discussion and being a virgin Amsoil user Im open for all real time results which I'll gladly share.

Ya, I have enjoyed reading a few of those torque threads.

Congrats on the GTS!

How does the price of Amsoil compare to Mobile 1 15-W-50?

In Western Canada the price is comparable with larger availibility.

Mobil 1 can be found sometimes on sale but the 15w50 viscosity is quite rare so no consistency unless you put 3 oil changes worth on the garage shelf.
