Mine isn't yellow piping. It was originally red. It either faded, or was cleaned improperly by the PO with the wrong cleaner.

The red plastic piping fades to yellow over time but the red leather still looks pretty good.

Piping could have been red or black when it was new. Its first to show any wear in interior when its done in leather.

"Piping could have been red or black when it was new."

Or "yeller", or blue or white, or pink, or...

Prosche would give you whatever you were willing to pay for.

Yep.

My car was a custom color. Cream leather seats with brown/cream Pascha seats and custom brown leather on the dash, doors and such. The seats were trashed, unfortunately, as was most of the leather from neglect.

It's all brown leather and vinyl now. A mish-mash of browns that I've picked up from at least three other cars plus a dye-job on the console, one new door panel and new leather on the dash and glove box. Looks great!

Up here cars are more expensive. $5K is a very good price.

Except..mods for Magnum PI.

"The producers originally intended to use a Porsche 928 and asked Porsche to produce one with an extra large sunroof for aerial shots. Due to a strict policy by Porsche of not doing any special specifications at customer requests, the Ferrari 308 GTS was chosen instead and went on to become one of the most iconic cars of all time."
