Default EGR Valve

Hi guys & gals,

I discovered the PO had removed vacuum lines from the EGR Valve and I want to replace them. I have a diagram showing two outlets from the EGR valve itself, one goes to what is called Thermo Valve but from the visual, I cannot locate it on the car.

Any ideas...

Thanks

Thermo valve is on the rear of the passenger side manifold.
It screws in and has 2 plastic ports on it, that 2 vacuum hoses go into.
Near the rear of the fuel rail.
