Deepest condolences to you and your family. Sending many good thoughts your way. Hope everyone is doing well. Best of wishes to you Roger. It's always nice to get to go back home, but never under these conditions.
My parts can wait. Be safe and take your time good sir.
Sorry to hear that Roger. IM glad you got there in time for him.
My condolences.
Just an FYI.. ..I know last minute international airfares can be outragou$ and I'm not sure who you flew over on but in know Delta offers bereavement fares. Im sure others do also.
Roger: May you and your family spend the time necessary to grieve for his passing... but also to celebrate his life while he was here. I lost mine a year ago at age 94 and he was not only my father, but also my mentor, partner and best friend for 64 of those years.
I'm so sorry to hear about your father, Roger. You and your family will all find peace in knowing that he's in a better place now. May God bless and keep him safe and at peace. Sincerely, Ray
Roger, I hope things are going well there. I know you are in hell for the next few days but time will help eventually. I have been thinking of you every day and feel so bad that you were listening to my problems and I had no idea of yours. I am kind of ashamed of myself for that but we both have our hands full and when under that kind of stress many things can happen. Keep an eye on your own health, get some rest when you can and try some kind of distraction to get a few minutes of mental peice when you can. The stress of our event 5 years ago I am convinced is the cause of both mine and Anne's medical issues today. Our bodies just can't contain so mush anguish without releif.
Good luck my friend and if there is anything I can do, all you have to do is ask. I wish I could go down and help with the business while you are gone but my baby is just starting her chemo/radiation in a couple more weeks. She has 2 book signings/readings scheduled that she is insisting on doing and her doctors agreed today. The sadest thing is that we had to cancel our trip to England in October. Her novel takes place in Tudor england and she was so excited to go walk that ground. She has direct liniage to the shelton line so she is quite fascinated by it all.
