Default 85 Brake Vacuum question

I have a 4 way splitter coming off my brake booster, and going to a hard plastic vacuum line to the right of the fuel cooler.
The bottom of the 4 way splitter has a white plug in it.
It this stock and correct?
I want to make sure it is not a broken connection that I am not seeing.

correct. that leads to behind the radio in the center console that has a set of solenoids that control the heating/ac vents and heater valve which is governed by your climate control. failure mode is open for vents and heater valve if there is a vacuum leak. id plug into the test port , turn on the car for a minute then check if it holds vacuum with climate control off after you turn off the car. if not you probably have a tear in one of the climate control rubber actuators for your vents or heater valve causing the whole system to leak. If you arent noticing hot air when you just cruise with the system off comming through the vents, the leak might be minor though. happy troubleshooting.
