I have been planning on ordering new floor mats. Yesterday I decided to put mine in the bath tub and wash them. They turned out looking like new. I still had a problem though. The backing was worn off so they would wrinkle easy with the drivers heel. My solution was to apply truck bed liner to stiffen them up. I had some already around and it worked very well. I even used it to touch up the carpet backing in some places where it was worn off. The only down side so far is the smell. It actually did give it that new car smell but just a little strong right now. I am sure it will be fine in a few weeks. Here are some pics.

crap I wish I had thought of that 5 years ago. mine is now worth throughon the driver's side - though the passenger one is perfect.
