Skumt.
Jag har lånat skyltar vid något tillfälle när det behövts men aldrig behövt ljuga om det.

Fishy.
I have borrowed the signs at no stage been needed but never had to lie about it.
Sweanders, thought you meant the red. You are right, wrong signs, nor OJL 030 matches. Fishy.

Rob Edwards, good translation, do you speak Swedish? What Sweanders and I was discussing in Swedish (sorry guys thought you all speak the language) is the fact that the black car in the video is having false license plates. The plates belongs to a Pegeout 307, 2007, owned by a car dealer in Sweden. This is of course highly illegal driving around with false license plates. Yes, all this information about any vehicle registered in Sweden is available to the public if you have access to the license plate number. When a vehicle is registered in Sweden for the first time, it will get a certain license plate number which will follow the car during all its lifespan. If the vehicle change ownership and the new owner live somewhere else in the country, the license plates will stay unchanged.

On the license plate... aren't the letter 'O' and number '0' visually different on Euro plates? The rear picture of the 928 appears to have different digits. Also, can't the same number exist from different countries in the EU?
So the tag could instead be:
GJL O3O [F] >Finland; both letters 'O'
GJL O30 [F] >Finland; letter 'O' and number '0'
GJL 03O [F] >Finland; number '0' and letter 'O'
GJL 030 [D] >Deutschland (or any other EU country); both numbers '0'
Are these possibilities?

It looked like an 'F' on the plate... just because a car is seen in Sweden, doesn't mean it is from Sweden. Thanks though!
