If the car is straight and that black interior is as good as it looks, that might be a great deal for somone.

hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like the beading between the bumper cover and body has been painted too, in which case it is a bad paint job. Also, the seats look like they have been recovered. Would really need to see it - that price means it should be in decent shape, a driver. If the mechanicals are good, could be an ok deal.
