Anybody has input? I'm having issues. Sent a Cup 2 to have straightened.. inside lip slightly egg shaped.
Called and they had painted it and said it was ready.
Specificly asked it to be straightend only and to let me know if it could not.
Now I have to send in the other three to match.
And when I got it back the inside lip still wobbles.
Shouldn't they be able to completely straighten? To me, it is either 100 percent straight or it is not straight!! It wasn't off that much to begin with.
Also have to do all this over the phone, because I am a couple of hrs. away..
Suggestions???

ask to speak to Adam. he is the one that actually does the wheel repair. They are the best in the DFW area IMHO but you have to tell them exactly what you want.

I wonder just how much more exact the statement "I want my wheel straightened" could be?

They shouldn't have let that one out of the shop with the wobble. My guy used to test the heck out of things before painting because some wheels were unrepairable and he didn't want to waste both our valuable time.
