Checked the throttle position switch at LH connector inside car, both on / off idle and at full throttle. It all checked. But, at throttle closed position, was reading 16 ohms, not 0 at LH, (WSM sasy 0).

I did the throttle test by manipulation of the throttle linkage on top of fan bracket. Need to get wife in car and be sure I have full throttle opening with accelerator fully depressed (that would certainly make it slow).

The 15" of vacuum is not making a lot of sense to me either. I just re did every vacuum hose - but the car has never pulled much more the 17" on my gauge in the 20 years I've owned it. ISC?
