Option 159 Motor Sound Package ???
Ok, Abby was just kind enough to send me the dealer invoice info on my cars & here's a question??
My 1985 928 shows an option #159, "Motor Sound Package" for $600?
I've not seen this one before, least not on an '85 928. Is that a common option? And what exactly did that option provide? And $600 back in 1985 would not be too cheap of an option. I know it was not on my previous '85, which I have the original window sticker for.
Course whatever it did, I've revised it by providing my own Motor Sound Package by deleting the cats & adding an Xpipe!

Not sure why that is showing on the invoice. This option was for a 911 of that year. The factory would modify the air-intake resulting in a 'throatier' sound from the motor.
