I cleaned and tightened those ground points when I was troubleshooting why the car ran like crap after I replaced the injectors, which ultimately was fixed by replacing the MAF and LH brain.

I had an interesting experience today- I have Greg’s cat bypass on my GTS and so I decided to do some sharktuning to prep for returning to the dyno, to see whether I can break the 400 N/A RWHP mark. I did a bunch of datalogging, and then headed up to Greg’s. On my way up there, while accelerating in 4th gear (around an oblivious Camry owner…) I suddenly had what felt like a bunch of misfires. Fortunately I was datalogging, and I noticed that all 8 cylinders were pulling 6 degrees of timing. The fault was transient for a while, and then it just pulled timing constantly. Restarting the car cleared the fault, but as soon as I blipped the throttle, I'd get a transient ‘Hall sensor error’ and then a constant Hall sensor fault on the ST2 diagnostic page I limped to Greg’s, and pulled the Hall sensor connection. (Thankfully it was the 'long pigtail' 928 version of the sensor, so there was enough cable to get it out of the bracket and apart..). Though it was a new sensor 8000 miles ago, there was some gunk on the pins. Sprayed it down with contact cleaner, all seemed to be well on the way home. But I didn’t get to the dyno. Next Monday.
Screenshots:
Middle of run #16, when it all went kablooie- car just lurched hard 3 times and lost power:
This is your 928 with an intermittently dead Hall sensor, never knowing when you'll have full timing or not when you try to goose it:

in the picture you posted on the first page,
look carefully at the ignition wires that are routed over the cam cover,
it appears that a few wires have wear marks in them possibly from the intake tube.
This will be a potential for an ignition leak,
you can find if its leaking while running the engine at night and with the intake tube removed
