Default steering wheel vibration between 65-85+...?

88 S4, Red...intake R&R (plus a lot of other things) done by Tampa928...: )

Ok, so I changed the rims to 19" and put brand new Nitto tires all around on the car. At the same time I lowered it as well. Up to 65mph I dont get any vibration, after 65 or so it starts vibrating a fair amount. I have had the front tires balanced twice by 2 different shops. Each time they said it was off but fixed it. Each time it vibrated less but still vibrates more than it should or usual.

Note: I have not had the alignment done after replacing tires, rims and lowering it,... (yes I know I SHOULD HAVE, I just did not think about it)...

I am seeing where on the front inner tires, could the vibration be caused by the lack of alignment...?

At this point I have to do the alignment, I have just been waiting to order new shocks first and do the alignment at the same time.

Just curious if this could be the cause of the vibration...

thank you,

I had fronts replaced (Kumho's) due to lateral runout which was about 60+. You could visibly see the lateral run out on the balancing machine. Worth a check at the tire place perhaps. YMMV

Check your wheel bearings as well. My bearing was the cause of my vibrations at the same speeds.
