Thanks. I'm exploring PlastiDip and HyperDip chrome paint as a temporary solution.
I looked into vinyl wrapping but apparently vinyl wrapping doesn't work well on rubber.
Also I found some 911 metal bumperette caps but have not locked in metal caps for the 928 bumperettes.
